Property is never just bricks and mortar. Behind every move is a person making an important financial and often emotional decision. That person is who I show up for.

My story

Why I do what I do.

My career began in accounting and technology, but property became part of my story before I moved to Australia.

In Singapore, I worked in corporate leasing, helping relocating professionals, including pilots and engineers from organisations such as Singapore Airlines, Hitachi, Philips, and CyberOptics, find homes and settle into a new city.

After moving to Perth, I entered real estate in 2004 and went on to work across residential sales, off-the-plan apartments, house and land, investment property, and development.

That combination of accounting, technology, and property has shaped the way I work today. I understand the numbers, ask the right questions, and think strategically, but I never forget that behind every property decision is a person.

Over the years, I've learned that good advice isn't always about encouraging someone to transact. Sometimes the best advice is to wait. Sometimes it's to walk away. And sometimes it's simply to understand all the options before making a decision.

That's the kind of adviser I try to be: honest, considered, and firmly on your side.

My father's influence

The quiet lesson that shaped the way I work.

The strongest influence on the way I work came much earlier. My father taught me, mostly through the way he lived, that how you treat people matters more than what you achieve.

He wasn't someone who spoke about the things he did for others. I only realised years later how deeply those quiet acts of kindness had shaped the way I see people, business, and success.

It's a lesson that has stayed with me throughout my career.

Faith and values

The standard I bring to every decision.

My faith reinforces those values. Integrity, compassion, and doing the right thing are not marketing lines to me. They are the standard I try to bring to every conversation and every decision.

Because at the end of the day, I don't want to be remembered simply for properties sold. I want people to remember that they were treated well.

What I stand for

The things I won't compromise on.

  • People before the transaction.
  • Honest advice, even when it costs me the listing.
  • The right decision, not simply the fastest one.
  • Integrity over income.
  • Care that continues well beyond settlement.

Away from the deal

A little about me.

Property has always been part of my family story. My son Ethan has now joined the business, and watching him begin his own journey in property is one of the proudest parts of this chapter.

I genuinely love styling homes and gardens. Presentation isn't just part of the job for me; I love seeing the point where a house begins to feel like the home a buyer can imagine living in.

Away from work, you'll usually find me cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, with Archie the Westie and Benji the Spoodle never far away. Rugby union, gardening, walking and, more recently, learning pickleball tend to fill whatever time is left.

Home is south of the river in Perth, and I work with clients across the metro area. I speak English and conversational Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hokkien, and I especially value being able to help people from different backgrounds feel heard and understood.

In my words

Why I do real estate.

Property is never just bricks and mortar. Here is what keeps me in this work.

Let's talk

Every good decision starts with an honest conversation.

No obligation. No pressure. Just a clear read on where you stand and what comes next.
