Selling · The Loke Home Social
Your street,
invited first.
Before your home opens to the public, the people who know your street best get a private preview. It's our signature, and often how the right buyer hears about your home first.

Why we start with the neighbours.
Before the first open, your neighbours get a private invitation. The surrounding streets for a house, the whole building for an apartment. Food, drinks, and first look, half an hour before the public.
Only a handful need to come. Neighbours are the people most likely to know someone who wants to live on your street: a friend, a daughter, a colleague. By the time the public open begins, the room already has people in it and the conversation has started.
The food and drinks are on us. The only cost to you is printing the invitations, quoted up front with the rest of your marketing.
How it works
01
The invitation
Before the first open, we letterbox invitations to the surrounding streets, or to every home in your building for an apartment, and knock on the doors closest to you. Neighbours are encouraged to bring family and friends who are thinking about the area.
02
The preview
Half an hour before the public arrives, neighbours walk through with food and drinks. You're out, just as you would be for any open, and we host.
03
Word of mouth
Guests leave with a brochure that links to your home's page on our website, so it's easy to pass on. When a neighbour mentions someone who would love the street, I follow up.
04
Straight to you
What the neighbours said goes into your weekly update, so you hear how your home landed with the people who know the street best.
After the sale, and only with your permission, the street gets a “just sold” card with the result.

What's my home worth?
Start with an honest number.
An online estimate can give you a useful starting point. When you are ready for a more accurate figure, we will prepare a personal appraisal based on comparable sales, current competition and the qualities that make your home different.
